Knowing The Score: The A-B-C’s Of Rating Realty Customers

I recently had the opportunity to read a book by the name of:  Knowing The Score: The A-B-C’s Of Rating Realty Customers.  The book was written by Steve Hoffacker who is a well known South Florida Speaker, Blogger and Author.  Steve has earned multiple designations as a:  CAASH, CAPS, CGP, CMP, CSP, MCSP, MIRM and is very well qualified to educate on real estate sales.

The book Knowing The Score: The A-B-C’s Of Rating Realty Customers is based on the premise that in order to maximize the benefits of the work you put in with your customer base, you must rate the likelihood of an eventual purchase.  The formula that is used in the book is based on the “Ready, Willing and Able” formula and adds an additional item which I capsulize as the “likability factor”.

Being intrigued by this 132 page, 8 chapter book, I purchased one from Steve directly and had a VERY hard time putting it down.  I read it in an evening and immediately began using his strategies.  Needless to say, I saw immediate impact and feel that his rating system is a valuable tool that assists any individual who is in any type of sales occupation.  After all, do you want to work with tire kickers or do you want to work with a bank teller who is processing your next bank deposit?

Knowing The Score: The A-B-C’s Of Rating Realty Customers is HIGHLY recommended and if you are in sales and don’t utilize his techniques/tactics as outlined in the book, then you will be at a disadvantage when faced with a competitor who utilizes his rating system.
